Join ASC, Anytime Fitness, Kitchen Table and Sunwood
Nutrition for this indoor run/walk with donations going to Period Kits
MN. Kitchen Table will provide a brunch after the run/walk while Period
Kits MN provides a brief presentation of the service they provide
followed by building kits for local organizations.

The Fitness – Roughly 30 minutes of running/walking inside at Adrenaline

The Food – Buffet Style Eggs, Meats, Potatoes, Pastries, Etc. provided
by Kitchen Table

The Kit – Period Kits MN provides “Period Kits” containing a month’s
worth of menstrual products including tampons, pads, liners, and sanitary
wipes to local organizations that serve women and girls who are
experiencing homelessness, unstable housing, and extreme poverty. Read

The Schedule:
8:00 to 8:30 am – Check-in and pre-workout nutrition items available
from Sunwood Nutrition
8:30 to 9:15 am – 3k to 5k indoor run/walk
9:15 to 10:15 am – Recovery, Brunch, and Presentation by PKMN followed by
kit building

The Goal – Provide Period Kits MN with enough product through product
and monetary donations throughout the month of January to build and
package roughly 300-period kits to be delivered to local organizations
who support women and girls in need of those supplies.

The Price – is $40/Person which includes the run/walk, brunch, and a $20+
donation to PKMN for products for this event.

ASC is excited to partner with Anytime Fitness Ramsey, Kitchen Table and
Sunwood Nutrition for this unique event which will not only raise
product and funds for Period Kits MN, but will also serve as a kit
building event for PKMN. Join in on a 3k to 5k walk/run followed by a
delicious brunch provided by Kitchen Table. Sunwood Nutrition will be
on site with product for before and after the workout and PKMN will
provide a short presentation on the service they provide and how a
Period Kit is built before participants will break into groups to build
kits and package them for delivery.
